Join the Primary Care Coalition’s Breast Health Quality Consortium for a full day of diverse presentations and panel discussions about closing the disparities seen in breast cancer screening and treatment in the National Capital Region. Presentations will cover the full range of the continuum of care, from screening outreach to palliative care. The keynote speaker will be Dr. Harold P. Freeman, founder of both the Ralph Lauren Center for Cancer Care and Prevention and the Harold P. Freeman Patient Navigation Institute.
This event is intended for health care professionals in settings where patients are screened and/or treated for breast cancer or anyone that can play in the role in the resolution of breast health disparities.
